As a manifestation of our commitment to providing excellent public services, this survey was conducted to determine satisfaction levels, gather suggestions and feedback, and identify areas for improvement in order to achieve even higher quality services.

Survey Results and Community Satisfaction Index

In an effort to provide excellent public services and continuously improve service quality, we regularly conduct public satisfaction surveys. These surveys aim to measure satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in order to provide services that are more effective, efficient, and responsive to the needs of the community. The results of this survey serve as an important reference in developing service improvement strategies, as well as a manifestation of our commitment to providing the best service to all service users.

Community Satisfaction Survey Form (External)

The survey is intended to gather stakeholder assessments at the UNDIP Faculty of Engineering regarding the quality of services provided by the UNDIP Faculty of Engineering. This survey broadly covers 9 elements in accordance with PERMENPAN NUMBER 14 OF 2017

(specifically for students, alumni, parents, and cooperation partners).

The survey is intended to gather stakeholder assessments at the UNDIP Faculty of Engineering regarding the quality of services provided by the UNDIP Faculty of Engineering. This survey broadly covers 9 elements in accordance with PERMENPAN NUMBER 14 OF 2017.
